We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and to allow enough time for custom color sourcing. For large corporate events or weddings, 2-3 months is ideal. However, feel free to reach out for last-minute inquiries—if we have a gap in our schedule, we’d love to fill it!

Yes! We have an a la carte rental inventory to complement your balloons, including Chiara boards and wooden wall backdrops. These can be added to any installation package to create a complete focal point. Rental time is 24 hours unless specified in an agreement.
We use only professional-grade, biodegradable latex balloons from industry-leading brands like Tuftex and Sempertex. These are thicker, more durable, and offer a much richer color palette than standard party-store balloons.
The lifetime of the balloons will depend primarily on where it is being installed.
Indoors: Air-filled installations can last anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on the environment.
Outdoors: While we use professional techniques to secure outdoor arches, sun, wind, and heat can affect longevity. We recommend installing outdoor balloons as close to the event start time as possible.
Absolutely. We handle the delivery, professional onsite construction, and installation to ensure everything is perfectly styled and secure. Installation fees are calculated based on the size of the project and the distance to the venue.
To ensure a cohesive and high-end aesthetic, our standard custom designs typically utilize a 5-color pattern. This allows for a beautiful depth of color and texture without the design feeling cluttered, though we can certainly adjust the palette to fit your specific theme.
Removal is not included in the initial installation price unless you have rented equipment (like frames or backdrops). If you would like us to return and handle the cleanup for you, we can add a "take-down fee" to your invoice.
